Policies

Returns.

If a coin arrives and isn't what you expected — a different look than the photos suggested, a grade you disagree with, or simply not the right fit for your collection — send it back within 14 days for a full refund. No restocking fee, no interrogation, no guilt trip.

How it works

Conditions

The coin needs to come back in the same grading company holder we sent it in (PCGS, NGC, CACG or ANACS — whichever it shipped in). A coin cracked out of its slab is no longer the coin we sold you — we can't accept those returns, and you'll need to work with the grading service directly for any resubmission. Raw coins, cleaned coins, or coins with evidence of tampering are outside the return policy.

What this isn't

This isn't a "try before you buy" policy. It's a safety net for cases where the coin didn't live up to the photos, description, or your expectations. If you're returning multiple coins from multiple orders within a short period, we may pause the account and switch to pre-shipment previews — we'd rather talk through the coin before it moves than move it twice.

Auction lots

Auction purchases are final when the hammer drops. No 14-day return on auction lots — but pre-auction inspections are built in: the full catalog posts a week before close, every lot has detailed photos and condition notes, and you're welcome to ask questions by email before placing a bid.
