Standing Liberty Quarters

Hermon MacNeil's Standing Liberty quarter (1916–1930) is one of the most artistically striking American coin designs. The 1916 is the key date; the Type I design was modified in mid-1917 and again in 1925 to add a helmet to Lady Liberty. Full Head (FH) certified examples command a strong premium for strike sharpness.
